Based on the original rules yeah. Some modern writers have pulled off fairplay whodunnits involving supernatural powers so long as the other rules are followed and it doesn't immediately allow the character to bullshit their way to an answer without doing/showing some groundwork first, and up...

It's already been discussed in previous chapters but the sooner you get over the expectation that this whodunnit will play fair, the easier it is to enjoy. Not every mystery plays by the same rules.
