Haha man, looking at the previous chapter side-by-side with the non-redrawn version,
I'm actually getting kinda pissed by how badly he fucked up the original artwork by removing bits and pieces that weren't even covered by the original text.

How much time does a redrawer usually get to work on a chapter?

It's so weird how often I see manhwa depicting other countries as evil or weaker than Korea. You don't see this kind of thing with manga. Japanese authors rarely bother to acknowledge that the rest of the world even exists. They especially don't pay any mind to Korea.

I know there's a bit of history between them and far be it from me to tell them how they should feel about it. With that said, it's just a bit cringe to pretend like the entire world has something out for SKorea considering that they are one of the most universally beloved and respected countries on the planet.
