Well, one of the reasons LHTranslation dropped the manga is that it's already licensed by Kodansha (aside from almost everyone complaining about their translated version).

There were alot of bitching towards LHTranslations because of a simple bad translation like it's not even funny anymore, there was a user that's basically attacking anyone that tries to defend LHT. They can volunteer to proof read and translate to English if they want to instead of bitching. All of these groups are free to join.

I just began to read it. It's a good manga, but ffs why did the author put the fucking "I know one of the girls is my childhood friend" cliché ? Can you tell me if it will be an important plot later in the manga ? Or that at least it's handed well ? (Like the matter isn't artificially stretched ?)

Well first: they only meet for an afternoon. It was apparently quite impactful, but doesn't really fall into childhood friend catagory. Second: there are only about 4 chapters or so (so far) where the event is relevant. Third: he doesn't link the girl to any of the 5 (that info is only for the reader). Fourth: he was never really looking for the girl, and after events kinda let her go (in his heart). It might be (ok will be, because the mangaka isn't that ballsy) relevant latter, but it's not really impactful on the story so far.
