I keep seeing people say Adachi has autism. What do people think Shimamura has?
Slight hint of diminished empathy. Not to the point of psychopathy/ASPD (so no disorders here, only symptoms), but she clearly needs to put a bit of a conscious effort to understand nonverbal cues, did not internally feel or mimic emotional expressions from her surroundings, and she did not passively feel what others feel—her perspective was centered entirely around herself. She also detaches with no problems and forms virtually no sentiment despite interacting with others in a socially acceptable manner. Typical signs of diminished empathy.

There was also hint of anhedonia, but it didn't seem particularly notable over the above, as she could still note when she had a good time.

She doesn't. Her condition was clearly explained; she was emotionally starved by her parents and adapted by resignation.
Yeah, my first thought was that the author was going for something else and accidentally created a character with relatable traits for people on the spectrum. If the author hadn't planned her current backstory, I would have wondered if it was a common case of people (authors in this case) not realizing the traits they notice in others around them (the characters they created) are autistic. I've been around autistic kids, and I can see the similarities as well as differences in Adachi so I guess separate things can definitely share "symptoms".

Yah definitely not full on ASPD cause she has feelings towards adachi, but she could have less emotional empathy than the average. She still has mental empathy knowing if something is right or wrong and still picks up on social cues. Also on adachi having autism I think she is on the spectrum just on the lower end. She has some signs but in other way’s doesn’t get overstimulated and manages to pick up on some social cues but not all, but her physically touching Shimamura her “person” or safe space a lot reminds me of how my autistic gf and friends will act.
