Add a way to filter titles from a specific timeframe.

It would be nice to be able to filter out all mangas which began publishing in a specific year of season (e.g. {mangas first published in fall 2020} or {from 01/01/2010 to 31/12/2010}).
Additionally, being able to select multiple time frames and merge the results and/or exclude specifies timeframes (e.g. {mangas from 2015 and 2020} or {mangas not from 2022})

Unlikely to happen as publication date data is not mandatory and when it is available, it is usually only the year the publication started and not the range of publication years.

In other words if added at best it would be mostly worthless and at worst completely worthless
