Sad you're retiring but completely understandable. Thanks for all the hard work until now, get some well deserved rest.

Again, and this time permanent? Noo, the wacky insane series you translate always gave me a good laugh...

...But no, thanks for your time and work. I wish you the best wherever you go and whatever you do.

Real thing though: This is just a very longshot gut feeling, but please pace yourself better on things you do. At the very least, I'm reminded of a time period where, in my attempt to lose weight/get fit, I simply went too fast in a year. Which gave me "great" short term gains, but I never broke old habits. Thus all that pain and dedication for a year got undone the next year.

On my second attempt, I purposely went a lot slower, doing it at a pace I could manage day to day with no issue. And well, over 5 years later, I've long since passed my previous results, but now can easily maintain it. Even continue improving.

Clarifying, this isn't me telling you you're wrong or even advice, since I don't even know you beyond what I've seen of your TL work and comments. I mostly say this with a worry that you'd do something similar to your scanlations work elsewhere, going too hard too fast and burning out again. And I worry because I've experienced that myself, and seen others who end up repeating that mistake over and over.

Regardless, cheers man.
