My god. This was beyond anything I had expected. Like plenty of you, I too was spoiled on the kiss but that didn't diminish the impact this chapter left on me. If anything, it helped create even more tension as I wondered what led up to the kiss. And jesus christ, the setup is just as rewarding. 11/10

Reading the comments of that chapter, I always feel like the slap overshadowed what happened before too much in the discussions. Understandable, but still.
