This is actually better than I thought it'd be. I love when an author really takes the time to go into a character's psychology, develop it and use it for story telling. Aki isn't just dense, she's misinterpreting Momo's actions because of past trauma and possibly a bit of self-hatred

Is the conclusion in sight otherwise the manga is an absolutely painful to read right now. It's basically "does this overly affectionately totally-not-acting-like-a-clingy-gf-wannabe girl being in love with - no it can't be - I have to get away from her" on repeat since chapter 2 (which gave us the overview of the whole mess).

I mean, she's just being defensive because of what she went through. She's dense as fuck and being a coward, but I don't think that warrant getting slapped.

Though they really do need to talk this out, let's hope Chia decides to lock these two up somewhere to force them to talk lol.

OK, the slap was maybe a little over the top but a big shake up and some advices from a grown up lesbian should do the work.
