Like, it sorta was and sorta wasn't an attempted suicide? The thing that happened is that she was thinking of killing herself and some guys accidentally bumped into her and, instead of steadying herself or trying to pull herself back, she decided to just kinda let it happen.

Like, if she really didn't want to die, there, it would've been really easy to steady herself and pull herself back from the edge, but she thought about it and made the conscious decision not to do that.

Translator-san basically described all I'm thinking of in the ending page lol (I actually really like when fan translators do that, cause it tends to be commentary from people really invested in the story, so it's often fun to read).
