Executing Remilia under baseless accusation would only netting suspicion around Pina's claim, even if backed up by the crown prince himself. That's why it is meaningless and probably denied by court especially by the King and the Queen in the face of reason. Also, exile itself is already a heavy punishment since the crime itself arguably a questionable and cannot outweighs Death Penalty.
