It just stops. Shino reaches a "milestone" and the manga just stop right after it. The last "arc" has tons of time skips to reach the point where it ends.

Spoiler: About the yuri:

Well, no. Nozomi and Shino remain "sisters" even though people tease both Nozomi and Shino about being "siscons". The manga only confirmed relationship is one of Shino's friends getting a boyfriend at uni, but you don't get to see him. There is also some teasing that goes nowhere between Nozomi and Sakamoto, that female teacher that helped Shino to study.
