I wouldn't mind the basically contrived means by which they're trying to either get him suspended or put him in debt to lizard girl or whatever if the world reacted to what's happening in a somewhat consistent or reasonable way.
Sensei is first of fucking insanely op but this is hidden, which is fine since it seems he has a good reason for not wanting to be someone with capabilities since you seem to get used. Cool. The girls not probing his past too much or seeming to know much is also fine, the main issue is the school and fucking overdone, "You're not worthy" dogshit.
Like if you want tension around whether he'll get to stay around the girls and his self esteem issues tied into the main plot maybe don't just have the entire school basically like wow what a waste of space repeatedly. Also make even the barest progress on him actually addressing what the core of the issue is which seems to be PTSD. They've had various chances to actually perhaps have the girls unravel these issues he has but it has gone nowhere. Now he's got a yandere on him utilising the same nonsensical school system which has been essentially whimsical before to actually give real consequences.
MC just needed development drip fed over the prior incidents or actually tie his developing the girls to his prior traumas to not seem like it's spinning it's wheels.
I can't even blame the girls getting mad since he's basically left his own capabilities and relationship with the monster girls vague enough that in a school that seems to just let rumours run wild as they do people can just start saying whatever they want about sensei and then justify actual tangible action off it. But in reality no one would leave such a hole open that can actually impact their job and life.
