Ahh yes, your typical "the bad guy is a handsome guy so he's cool and he's just like me fr!" ahh person. At this point, i don't care whatever the shit the author will put in the story. The premise is damaged beyond repair, and no matter what kind of resolution waiting at the end of this arc, it wouldn't justified the hell the MC been through. Just like what i said in previous chapter, the author will just magically make them solve things and boom, happy ending!

After seeing chapter 34 I am more convinced that Draco followed Julius' orders for the sake of monster girl & Washio.
