Top JP Apex streamers hover around 200-300k subs/followers on average, depending on platform, so he's sort of up there, especially as an indie small scale streamer. But honestly, page 37 says he gained 50k after the scuff, so he was already hovering near 100k anyway, and that's already pretty high regardless.

Subscribers is only part of the equation compared to quantity and quality of donations and overall watch time compared to stream hours, but in many cases, 100k-500k Subscribers is the range where someone can be self sufficient without needing a part time job.

In his case, maybe a "Top streamer in his niche category" is more accurate than "top streamer in general". Still top 1% considering the sheer amount of people that try and never even clear 10k Subscribers.

Tbh I've often found that if a mangaka doesn't have the balls to write an actual original story, they also don't have the balls to commit to a single FMC and normally end up going the harem route. Probably gonna be the case here, but I do tend to keep my expectations so low they're basically subterranean at this point lol.
