@Sep10trion Well, pretty much everyone he's met so far, aside from Stella, has tried to rob him, kill him, or con him, so it makes sense that they wouldn't just jump at the slightest bit of kindness shown by someone they just met. Might be a bit overly cautious but better safe than dead right?
