Jesus Christ, those mugs! The shop should stop selling them immediately and contact the manufacturer. Imagine pouring it full of hot coffee or tea, and then it would break on its own while you are lifting it to drink, pouring all the contents on your chest or lap. Because that's what would happen. She only dropped it, empty, from about 10-15cm above the table, yet both of the mugs were damaged. That's far from normal.
