This is exactly what completely breaks my suspension of disbelief. Second time she got there hurt it would be painfully obvious what was up, then the potential criminal charges over teachers, counsellors etc for neglect would get people very active. If child services were minimally competent there's no way any "nudes" would surface, since whoever was in custody would be charged for possession and distribution of child pornography!
But besides this planet sized plot hole, it pains me how plausible the girl's actions are. One of the worst things about abuse is how it can break you to the point you feel like there's just no solution at all...

In America or other western countries yes. Japan, not so much.
