I just want to say, that you kept parroting the same thing for a few chapters now -- but I want you to understand something.
Being published in a demographic-specific magazine, does not 100% reflect on the stories themselves. Did you know that? I don't have any seinen stories in mind, but have you ever heard of Claymore? It's labeled as shounen, and It had shounen-elements, but played out like a story for young-adults (other than the ending, which was written for children).
That being said, maybe the specific magazine Beastars is published in, has only these sort of stories in them. But nobody would know that going into the manga, considering we are not buying the magazine.
