So someone else at the Silver Dragon Sanctuary has to know Leon's human. Like... Somebody has to have credibly asked why the queen suddenly had a husband none of them had never met, why she was pregnant, why he was in a coma, why he has no draconic features, why the dragon slayer they caught disappeared without a corpse... And SOMEONE had to take his armor off to chain him up.

If I had to guess, Shirley and Anna, at the bare minimum, know.
