Here are my little theories :
-> (theory) Almost certain the master's wife is a dragon (got spoiled about it but didn't see it myself)
->> (fact) they have been married for decades yet no children
->>> (theory) Leon and Roseweiss' children are exception not the rule
-> (fact) From the novel I remember having read that dragons have human form because it the form of the old gods of this world and human are like bad copy at best and also maybe their descendant but I don't remember much of that part.
->> (fact) Leon is an orphan with unknown parents.
->> (fact) Leon is a freak of nature if you focus only on his talents and abilities
->>> (theory) Leon is of goodly lineage or is with goodly factor that express itself far more strongly than that most of other humans.
->>>> (theory) Leon is the only human who can procreate with dragon because of his goodly factor.
I just start the 2nd volume of the Web novel and read a bit the start of the 3rd volume because it became free.
And for manhua reader only, this Arc is last one of the 1st volume.
