I don't get the mentality either..I'm an introvert and a loner myself but I wouldn't go so far as to purposefully turn down any invite I receive, especially in this case. If I can't go home right this second and I need to kill a few hours, what's the harm in doing it with someone else? It's just 1 other person, just sit around with her and talk or take a nap or something lol how hard is that?
Then again, this guy seems to have negative self confidence, mine isn't particularly high but it's not low enough that my immediate thought is that anyone that approaches me is doing so with nefarious intent.
