This is so far better than Nisekoi, as it doesn't have stupid interruptions during critical confessions/revealations that further delay the plot.

True. Also, Nisekoi had at least two completely pointless girls: Yui and smaller Onodera. We already had a girl with onee-san vibes and no chance to win (Marika) and an Onodera who liked MC (Kosaki). And of course one of the redundant girls had to be a coarse, irritating tsundere (unnecessary because Chitoge). Heck, one of my favourite chapters has a literal Chitoge doppelganger!
