Innkeeper's daughter doesn't hate him, quite the contrary. I'm quite sure many others wouldn't actually have any personal past dealings with him and would only be affected by the rumours. That would be easy to deal with, compared to Charlotte's years of witnessing Slow's poor behavior before the isekai takeover. Charlotte is kind of a lost cause because of their history, like boag said. Charlotte serves him because she's his servant. However, it's abundantly clear she has zero respect for him. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to date a person who has no respect whatsoever for me (and vice versa).

Can y'all can chill a bit hating on Charlotte? It's been only 8 chapters. In-universe, it has been like what, a few weeks, maybe 2 months? She's not best girl, but I can think from her perspective enough that I can understand why and not get so annoyed at her to want to gripe about her every chapter.

@RhoninFire well I also can think from their perspectives too, Charlotte went from "cute airhead" to "full on retard" in the eating competition chapter, so they said. After seeing that once, it's kinda hard to let it go. It's not don't understand your view though, if we put Piggy & Charlotte relationship to bestfriend rather than the usual cliche master-servant relationship we can see why she always doubting him, after all it's your bestfriend who will always doubt you.
