@Akaze I don't know about any principles, but for me a gender bent character is it's own separate character from the original, so that doesn't bother me, and traps have always been uncanny valley for me, they work in some situations and don't in others, but this last character is neither, I'm not sure what I'd call it, it just weirds me out to the point where that bit that kept me reading despite being a pretty mediocre manga is just totally offset.

@gaigous It seems I have to explain myself. I was just using myself as an example, because I can't speak for another guy turned girl.
If we were to use "other men being turned into girls" and I screwed them while knowing they have a male mind. I would start calling myself bisexual or either make that event a secret that dies with me if "she" hid that fact and told me later.
For me, a persons original mind makes the persons gender. For anime, it is that simple. For humans, apparently it's not that simple.
