This thing is absolute trash, but it breaks so many clichés of the genre that it becomes awesome. Imagine a guy that gets isekai'd and is completely aware that he has cheat codes on for invincibility and automatic maximum affection with every girl so he can do whatever the fuck he and his dick wants. If he's gonna get a free harem, then might as well go all the way down that route. I don't play games with cheats or trainers activated so I can savor the story, I do it to see how ludicrous the game can get. The girls were as cute as they were lewd, and I don't mind when a manga stops just short of being hentai. A couple of panels of implied sex is enough for me.
The author and the MC were like "This is what I'll do because I want to and there's nothing you elitist fucks can do to stop me!". And I happen to share his sense of dumb fun instead of cringing at it. I find it more genuine than other manga where a plot is enforced at the expense of entertainment and sincerity.
I can't recommend this with a straight face, but do try it. There's a lot of laughs to be had if the author's fantasies match yours.
