1:25 is megaman
2:26 is FLCL
2:39 might be a robot from astro boy (I read the whole astroboy series, quite a few characters to remember). But not so sure.
2:52 nobody mentionned Star Wars
3:17 is Yatterman the robotic dog from Yatterman

But the rest I don't know. Amazing video you found.
