[Canary] Cover uploading is broken on iOS Safari [Fixed]

• Deleting, renaming, setting as primary works
• New validation error if uploading new cover & selecting as primary throws
• Every time "Title successfully updated" is shown (besides validation thing)
• No covers are added
• Doesn't matter if adding 1 or 4 at the same time
• Doesn't matter the size of cover
• Other changes are applied
• ipad iOS 16.4.1
• Last successful upload April 12 2023 (but could be cached site too) (on canary), had this issue on 13th, but thought was cause huge jpeg cover shenanigans

After recent canary updates, all works again 👍
Spoke too soon, it's back.
And it's fine again 🚟
