Can't access options

Clicking on the gear button on the right and radio button on the left doesn't work. Clicking on the follow button doesn't work either. This bug only happens when I access the site on my phone but works perfectly fine on the laptop. I would like to be able to access the site on my phone again though. Anyone can help?
