Oak's JP guidelines are absurdly detailed (in fact, I used those as inspiration for KR & CN back when I started compiling them in 2025 and, after months of suffering through endless vocabulary, grammar and syntax documents, I managed to create the current version, which is pretty much iteration 5-6 of the guidelines already)

No
(6/2)*3+1=10
(2/2)*3+1=4 , (4/2)*3+1=7 so they cannot converge into one value as it has passed 6 as an odd number
