If you look closely, the "3rd giant girl" is actually a mecha being piloted by a much smaller girl. She's a really rich but short girl who is jealous of Chieri's size, and she's helping with research on Chieri's condition in the hopes that she can make herself big for real someday - but until then, she had a robot built for her to pilot whenever she wants to interact with Chieri at giant scale.

Really solid exposition chapter! Most of the dialogue was just Chieri seeking advice from her peers, but I loved all the activities we got into along the way. Sometimes chapters like this end up being two people standing around a bit too much
