The healer's party seems to be way more powerful than the hero's. This would be conqueror is about to get a ride on the humiliation conga.
Wait a minute, why would the one who already had superior abilities be designated as the vessel for her mothers powers? I don't see the logic here. And why are they referring to Towa as "her" ?
I am guessing they refer to it as a person - inbefore it used to be one, par for the course - and Towa is a feminine name (there's even a thread dedicated to her

). The recent chapters have consistently made mistakes, whenever "vessel" as in old/new foresight holder and the computer are mentioned. Having read so many shitty scans my brain autocorrects pronoun and reference mistakes without me noticing it half the time.
2 years ago, kid was ment to be tossed into the machine and power be transferred to presumably chief. Maybe there was a plan to mom->Amako->chief to consolidate all the power? It's quite confusing, when everyone is the bloody vessel, the seer, the machine and the recipient... Og use was for the machine to hold the power, however, it could only be used while someone was plugged into the machine. This design most likely didn't end up with the seer comatosed. When mom found out about the changes, she sent Amako away and then tried to end the experiement, but wound up drained. Now the chief wants more, since his ability is so limited.
Guess that sums up this arc.
