Who wants to bet a war will break out, the Duke will become the King, Allen will save the country and in turn end the war, the two warring countries will join together and become stronger for it. And to top it all off, Allen for his bravery and the decisive actions he took which saved the country (and therefore the world, this is Canada right, guy?) will be wed to Anastasia becoming the next King.

Also these names are giving me some real Dragon Ball vibes, IE: East City, West City, South City, North City, and of course Paprika Town.
A bit off but yes there's war but not what you expect

I mean over there I imagine that reaching Adventurer rank a(or c) should be considered equal to nobility. Imagine someone of that power and still be treated like a commoner.

She is rendered mute via Ana's magic, disabling her from speaking or using her powers. She is forced to become a prostitute (de facto 24/7 sex slave) for miners; even the knights escorting her to the mine take turns with her. She ends up diseased and dies. You might think this is overly harsh, but just off the top of my head, Amy's schemes and usage of her powers(which basically turned her charm up 1000% and gave her mere words the ability charm and seduce anyone who found her a little likeable) caused a lot of unrest and turmoil within the country, and she tried to have Ana kidnapped by the neighboring hostile empire to be married off and turned into a sexual plaything.
how did Ana render her mute? like using a magic curse or simply destroying her throat using magic?

I do not disagree with you, but notice that these are regions, not countries. At least for the most part.
Yes, East Anglia was technically a kingdom (so a country) briefly, but, at least as far as we know it's name comes from "east angles (the people)" so the angles who lived in the east, not due to geographic orientation in a wider sense.
Westphalia, again is the name of a region, and while technically there was a Kingdom of Westphalia, it only existed for a couple of years during the turbulent Napoleonic times.
Upper or lower would actually be a good use in terms of geographic storytelling, like with Upper and Lower Egypt, thing is that requires a landmark or feature that is central enough in a relatively enclosed space (like the UK, which lays on an island, or Egypt which is/was surrounded by desert) for it to make sense. The importance of the Nile river was kinda a big deal, and we have no such feature there.
Like, "Centralen" is central, to what, exactly? Clearly not the big mountain range, that acts as a divider, so in that sense they would be the "Kigdom of Westerdale" instead.

Overall, very minor point for me to be caught up on, but manga and manhwa writers could seriously use some homework when they home-brew their "vaguely medieval and/or early modern western europe" settings.
In terms of countries, there is Austria, Central African Republic, South Africa, South Sudan, Timor Leste, North Macedonia, what we have contemporarily. So it's not like there are no countries named like that.

Iirc really the only time that happened was with East and West Francia with Lombardy in the middle, and the obvious prequel to that in the Western and Eastern Roman Empire.
Other than that, it is extremely unnatural to have countries named after geographic orientation for reasons that should be blatantly obvious.

That's just because it is in English.

China's name in history is literally Central/Middle Kingdom, because they think the Celestial Throne is the center of the world.
