Sometimes I'm really confused about how certain manga are sorted into seinen and shounen. Yes this manga features someone over 20 as the MC but it fully gives off a shounen feel for the most part and so far no serious matters are touched upon or handled in any mature way.
I guess they thought only older people could deal with MC stupidity?

nfzeta: usually depends on the magazine it was published in, not on content

@nfzeta the first chapters suggests a shounen, but one that grows along the reader untill it turns into a seinen like a friend made of ink.

@Renard yea that'll probably be it. The senpai's man troubles will probably get serious, and that'll be the gateway arc, as long as they handle it properly.

@nfzeta Over two months ago and already answered above you, but... The demographic of a manga (shounen, seinen, shoujo, josei) has nothing to do with the content within the story and entirely to do with the target demographic of the magazine the manga is published in. This is seinen because it is in a seinen magazine. It's just that simple.

@Nermie01 And the target demographic of the magazine is influenced by content. You won't find a bishounen harem manga in a seinen or shounen magazine.
