In the Guidelines 1.2.6, there is a rule about proper tagging "Genre and theme tags should be added only if the tag is a representation of the title as a whole, not just appearing in a single chapter."
However, the rule could use a bit more clarification, like how in how much percent of chapters that tag needs to appear to qualify or not.
Also, are there tags that can be tagged by one instance of it happening? Like Sexual Violence seems to be one of them.
