I've gotta say that this chapter is very funny to me, because I got a job at the Domino's that I'd order from at least once a month, but my first day at work was on Halloween.

You've gotta imagine the confusion for a few of the others when they watched a regular walk in, wearing a Domino's pin on a regular blue shirt (my work shirt hadn't been delivered yet), and he just audaciously walks behind the counter, throws on an apron, and starts slapping toppings on a pizza. Half the crew already knew me by name but thought I was doing some kind of prank. So I feel this chapter, and it's hilarious.

I don't think it's a mere jealously. It seems Umi is restless even before she met with Emi. It's more like she's a little bit unhappy that they cannot spend more time together right after being a couple. And ... jealously might not be the right word. Maybe insecure? Not because she cannot trust Maki, but because there are someone that seems reached her ideal near him. Pretty, outspoken, straight forward, capable. So it's like, "Why I should be the one with him, when there's another who is more fitting" kind of thing. TBH, this trope is kind of rare nowadays? Well, at least from what I read.
