The one thing I notice all of these web novel adaptations have in common (other than their poor writing) is the mercenary, drawn-with-the-left-hand, barely-phoning-it-in, nature of the artwork.

I've come to the conclusion that this is because the artist are either the cheapest they could find or they are actively changing their style so no one can tell it's them drawing this shite.

Plenty of WN adaptations with better art and worse writing.

So despite being related to each other by only one degree of separation, MC and his niece are no longer as genetically related as they once we're.

Meaning he could have children with his granddaughter wives and still not suffer from the ill effects of incestuous genetic mutations. So while it might not make it any less morally dubious, from a physical standpoint it doesn't matter.
