I mean, the author is framing the other girls who are sexually active as antagonists, with villain mood lighting and everything.

I'm gonna get dog piled on this but whatever. Fiction is just fiction. It's not real. If someone is just treating fiction as reality then they should not be reading it. The same goes for yuri. Anyone that treats yuri manga as a representative for lesbians needs to go out and meet real lesbians because real life lesbians are rarely like the fictional lesbians that are in manga. Yes oneeloli is morally reprehensivble but there isn't anything wrong with making manga about it. One of the reasons people make fiction is to explore themes and ideas that can not or should not be ok in real life and it's why stories about all kinds taboo stuff(and not just sexual taboos mind you) is so popular. Restricting what kind of stories people can make is how you kill creativity.

In my life, I've gotten close to three lesbians I'd consider friends, or almost friends, nowadays. And every single one of them, when drunk, confessed to having trauma and a distorted view of relationships from being messed with by an older high schooler when they were in middle school. (2 of them went to girls only schools)

Statistics are pretty much non-existant but that doesnt mean you should take anecdote as fact. If that would be the case I could say the same thing about straight boys. A girl in my class in elementary school (we were 11) "dated" a 16 year old boy and got hella messed up because of it. And in middle school I remember hearing rumours about these awful parties the high-schoolers at the time would host where they sometimes got middle schoolers drunk to take advantage of them.
