Also man, I forgot to mention previously but what's up with Allen's innocence being the Heart Innocence? Since now we know Allen's arm came from Apo-something and clearly he didn't give the Heart Innocence away or ordered such an important thing to eat og!Allen.

I've considered it pretty obvious for a while that Crown Clown is NOT the Heart. Apocryphos has made several clear distinctions between the two in that regard. But Crown Clown is the Innocence prophecy-bound to kill the Millenium Earl - whom Nea is half of. So using Crown Clown to destroy Allen as Nea's host seems to have been an attempt by Apocryphos to follow along with the letter of that prophecy.

Then Lavi here intervened and created a situation where Crown Clown attuned to Allen instead of unmaking him outright, resulting in Red and forcing Apocryphos to handle the whole matter with Allen more delicately.

I think that they all might be connected to that gigantic cross that appeared and had a conversation with Allen early on in the manga, and was apparently responsible for destroying the Noah's previous world.
