From my understanding Riona didn’t purposefully make Forti remember her memories it’s just that when she was re-configuring her Forti needed to re-organize her memories due to the switching of personalities or whatever switching she did.

It’s kinda sad because Riona desperately wants Forti to seem more human but everything is going against that.

With the fighting game Riona was really hoping that Forti was unique and her being bad at games made her seem more human but once she learned that all she needs is some data for a simulation that’s when it began to hit her harder that Forti isn’t human and can be changed into whatever at any moment
