Shocking I know, but being able to discern reality from fiction is increasingly becoming a superpower nowadays. If you have a problem with the contents of this manga, which btw, any seasoned reader can tell you is pretty milque toast when it comes to such genres, then just drop it and move on with your life instead of making idiotic real life comparisons with a make believe demon lord story. The "screening" is supposed to be performed by your brain by controlling your hand to click "X." It's called personal agency. You should try it sometime.
