Just, damn. Poor girl. She’s been spiraling for a while now trying to grapple with her feelings, fear of losing her relationship with him if something changes, fearing losing him if things don’t, feeling replaced by his first love, she can’t stop self-destructing no matter how hard she tries, and now she’s broken the literal symbol of their relationship together, a one of a kind treasure, and then he calls her out and tells her to leave.

Yeah I think she’s earned a redemption arc at this point, please let this girl be happy.

I am not rooting for anyone. I honestly can't care less anymore author's releasing the info too slowly how many chapters has it been since this started feels like 10 wish it went faster or was at least less predictable. Also suomi? neat.

This is 100% male mc’s fault.

Let’s see how the author digs through this development with classic Japanese misogyny
Not really , infact she's the one in the driver's seat the entire time and he follows whatever she suggests, now she's jealous of the other girl , so she's acting out . What's he supposed to do ? She wanted the other girl to be model ,but now she doesn't want to , she pushed for them to be together but now she's mad that he wanted her to his model. She's just reaping what she showed her , shouldn't have ropes other into her mess , classic abusive tsundere trope

Have you been reading? So far from our perspective, Himari's been the unreasonable one. Of all the things Himari did to the MC was that the tipping point was Himari asking the MC to get Rion as his personal model but she then later on rejects the idea all because of the fact that she overhead them saying that Rion was the MC's childhood first love. Neither Rion nor the MC know what her deal was, and she wasn't opening up to them. Of course, with her not saying anything will lead to any conjecture which is why the MC lashed out on her. Sure, it wasn't pretty, but we can't expect the MC (and shouldn't be) to be perfect either.

This is more akin to those romance drama shows where there’s a lot more drama than anything else. I understand both sides in this spat. Himari is someone who only just realized her love yet can’t move past the friendzone while gradually losing the one she loves, so she lashes out and eventually tries to do the only thing she thinks she can do that would be beneficial to both sides: leave. Yuu is someone who wants to maintain the status quo and stay good friends out of pure respect and love (in a friendship type way) while suppressing any stronger feelings, yet has been belittled and abused despite all of his best efforts, so he eventually explodes and lashes back harshly. If there was something to fault each of them on, it would be the same thing: lack of communication. Yuu probably would’ve been receptive to the major change in their relationship as he maintained the status quo for her sake and out of fear of losing her and not because he wasn’t interested in her romantically, yet Himari stayed silent out of the fear that she would lose what she had and finally broke when she thought that their relationship was going to change anyways. Himari probably would’ve understood Yuu’s true reasoning for wanting to pull Enomoto on board as he wanted to do so not to replace Himari and their relationship but to maintain their current relationship, yet Yuu stayed silent out of the fear that he would lose what he had and finally broke when he thought that their relationship wasn’t genuine to begin with.

Seeing all this just reminds me of a sentiment commonly echoed by people in successful relationships, “ Communication is key.”
