I really do wonder what the author was cooking now that I think about it. Why would Akito bother trying to be a slut and give Inukai a handy if she doesn't mind sharing Gotou? Hopefully we get an explanation or flashback as to what is going on.

A theory I have is either Gotou or Prez set things up so that both Prez and Akito are on Gotou's arms to make Agawa jealous/get a reaction out of her - seeing as Akito doesn't look comfortable I think she still doesn't want to share which is why I think the whole two girls on each arm thing is just a farce.
