The chapter begins with Shiina trying to speak seriously about the culture festival, but then Shigechi brings up her outfit. Shiina plays it off by asking if it’s cute, and the sycophantic members of the student council agree, but Gotou says to Shiina through his ball gag that it’s okay to tell Shigechi the truth. So Shiina admits that outfit is being worn for the purpose of healing his penis and when Shigechi presses as to why she’s going so far for him, Shiina says “because he’s my…”

Shigechi can hardly believe Shiina’s response, and with that the meeting ends. Gotou tries to flag down Shigechi, in vain as he reflects in frustration that although it’s plain to see that he’s only sexually attracted to her right now, it’s obvious that she’d never go for him. Enter Inukai, who being Inukai immediately asks her to fuck him, “die” she says.
Gotou bemoans Inukai’s presence, thinking that if he finds out he’s in the council room Inukai will start asking questions and find out about his embarrassing problem.
Inukai then asks Shigechi if Shiina’s still in the council room, and upon learning that she isn’t, Inukai tries picking her up instead; much to her chagrin. As Inukai follows Shigechi off like the dog he is, Gotou looks on in apprehension.

Looks like Gotou’s up against Inukai again, wonder if he’s the one going to get cuckolded this time.

Calling it now Gotou will watch Inukai have sex with Shigechi, if Takeda goes all the way then maybe she will insult him while he watches or something 😭. She rejected Gotou in the past due to being short and looking like a virgin while Inukai is the opposite of those things, only thing stopping Inukai for now is that he is socially retarded so idk how he will get to the point of fucking Shigechi but it seems clear that this is the route the story is taking (how it contributes to the overall plot idk).

As much I want to see Inukai defeated again, I think he might get the dub if Gotou tries to compete with him over Shigechi.

Who knows, Shigechi herself seems like she may actually like Inukai, but not the fact that he’s such an upfront pervert who clearly desires Shiina over her. Maybe if she learns that Shiina’s man Gotou only has eyes for her, she might be touched enough to give him a shot.

IMO, Gotou’s reactions to Shige calling him “gross” aren’t random. Takeda is deliberately building the sexual and emotional tension between them with care. After Agawa-san dismantled his confidence, Gotou’s ED became the clearest sign of how emotionally broken he is. Yet when Shige, in genuine disgust, calls him gross, it cuts through his defenses and makes his attraction undeniable. The insult may serve as the trigger, but it’s her presence that Gotou is drawn to. This weird dynamic is creating a physical chemistry that's inevitable, and the story is stacking the bricks toward a moment when they finally have sex.

Now, this is just my opinion, but if you notice, the story feels like Takeda is deliberately showing Gotou functioning better without Agawa-san. I don’t know if he’s doing this on purpose, but this is about the 3rd or 4th time we’ve seen Gotou get by when she’s not around. Basically, he comes across as more capable when he isn’t simping for her attention. Even though he’s still in love with her, the story makes it's clear that he’s ultimately better off without her. But that's just how I see it.
