Thats an important point in this chapter. For me it seems like that Gotou learned something after the conflict in bed with Agawa. If we go back to the bed scene he doesn't cared how she was feeling, thinking deeply only about satisfying her (other ones too) ,and how good he became because of them, without looking out for her reactions/facial expression.

People were bringing that up before. They just were upset cuz of Agawa saying what she said if I remember
