Thats an important point in this chapter. For me it seems like that Gotou learned something after the conflict in bed with Agawa. If we go back to the bed scene he doesn't cared how she was feeling, thinking deeply only about satisfying her (other ones too) ,and how good he became because of them, without looking out for her reactions/facial expression.

People were bringing that up before. They just were upset cuz of Agawa saying what she said if I remember

It could possibly be cope on her part but if Agawa actually liked it then idk if its completely just seething. I imagine it could have started off as an extension of her "all guys are limp dicks" mindset but could have led to her wanting to explore girls due to her difficulties with guys she's been facing lately.
