Everyone calling Mamoru "Temu Gojo" but he reminds me a lot more of Kakashi in the early chapters of Naruto, minus the pervy stuff.
It wasn't very clear but it looks like the shikigami master also has double pupils like Yayoi.
And Seimei sure did a lot of heavy lifting to cover Yayoi during that battle, otherwise both the replacers and the spiritualists would have jump in to stop Yayoi from pulling that stunt.

That's what I thought too, but I think it's most likely because all the information Yayoi has on all the ghosts comes from the internet. There are definitely more older and more dangerous ghosts out there that don't have rumours on the internet, for example, the Buddha ghost who once "ate" whole train passengers and Tein, who can make older spiritualists take notice when it moves.
Considering that for centuries, the spiritualist has had a deep tie with the government. We might need to take into account that human settlements are created to avoid the power spot where these ghosts settle.
Yeah, I mean, you just need to search the current Kyoto population, and you can get the exact number of casualties that would occur if the curse gets broken. The more I think about it, the more I can see where Oobashi's concern comes from. I like that Keitarou died in front of Yayoi, showing that despite the fact that he failed, he was still trying to protect Yayoi till the very end, by literally using his body to shield her.

If it was any other villains or other mangas, i would say Taisai was plotting something and manipulating the girl to screw them all. But this dude is a Battle junkie thru and thru so he definitely just dont wanna miss out on all the fights.
