It was more that the first two names were variations of the name of a famous archangel (usually depicted as female in Japanese media) which is on this list with a bunch of other famous angel and divinity names. The 3rd name, Super (Star) Zeus, likely got struck by the no lame name clause. This gag is a reference to creating a handle in Japanese social media applications and MMOs.

Slight correction: Super Zeus is from Bikkuriman which is why Roni is confused about which names are banned for being lame and which are being banned for being proper nouns.

Most likely the information is coming from a poll conducted by the company that made her so an internal poll would mean they interviewed their employees. I feel like the results would be biased though.

It could mean that they did the polling themselves instead of commissioning it. If so then it would likely be a poll of their customers. That would still be biased though.
