I think it's just a month or two by internal time of the story. It's just that manga is getting drawn and translated way slower than events happen in the story. No offense to artist or translators, of course - that's just how manga is. There are nights that take multiple months to describe, and weeks which are only worth a page or two.

They actually don't mind sharing him, as long as it's with fellow loli. But Nana is too big-breasted and too innocent (with age measured in months, if I ma not mistaken). And they see the noble's daughter with magic breasts as a threat.
