More seriously, because ordinary weapons can't one-shot a hydra. It doesn't die even if you take out one of its heads.

So instead of prioritising saving them he setup training for the girls while the others were dying...... great MC here. Also its stupid retarded that he cant kill these low level monsters immediately with bith his stats and skill levels. The Hydra I can see living withoyt any heads but in no way would it be flying away like nothing happened.
