From what I can tell, some of the official websites post links to MD for each chapter, so people go straight to THEIR websites for pay-to-read. But as of yet, I don't think I've seen any of the pay-to-read official sites post for this series. So, just be sure to be in for a wait for the unofficial translators to keep going until it is officially licensed.

The official link for this series is on the main page, it goes to yenpress where it offers you 6 links to paperback purchase links, and 7 digital purchase links, not one goes to MD here. this goes up to 18 but 18 is 'expected date' by aug. so depending who's planned for what by the publisher the exact date is variable, but just from casual glance it's planned.
that means it's "officially" licensed to a reasonable extent that may be subject to vol 18.
as my statement said "probably be removed" is up to the conditional fling that silas determines to remove the chapters from MD, thus leaving this series to only have his chapters able to be read on worse platforms, often without notice. the notice isn't intended to reflect upon any of MD's practices but solely on the past activity of the uploader towards any new reader that may come across this interesting series before it gets gutted.

if chapters 101-105 were to be translated and posted, I'd finally be able to continue reading this series from where I left off...
unfortunately it appears there are complications with exactly that...? ;-;

I think you misread the comment you were replying to (he was probably talking about official sites posting links ON mangadex, not to Mangadex)

I loved this story from the 1st time i read cha1 long ago!! and a left it to marinate for some years, and now i come her to see if it an harem, to continue reading now that its reached 134 chapters!!
So imagine my disappointment when i read that he is a looser who couldn't take his role as a man, and build his own harem, and if he did accepte the girls, he'd build one of the largest harems ever seen!!
Am dropping this shet, and i pray for the author to suffer from loneliness for as long as he/she is alive... I pray for your forever unreciprocated love, For someone who'd use you your whole lives, never receiving back the love you give them. You live and die loving one person who'd never love you back, watching them be happy with someone else, but never being able to move on, forever loving them, even with they're having a family with someone else, you just keep watching them, unable to have your own love life!!
